Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We do not have a minimum order quantity, allowing you to order according to the needs of each project.

How does shipping and delivery work?

Products are delivered to our warehouse. If you require delivery to your project or another location, we can quote shipping and handling separately based on your needs.

What are your lead times?

Lead times are confirmed with your quote and may vary depending on the product, availability and origin. Your confirmed lead time will always be included in your quotation.

Can I request product information and samples?

Yes. Our professional clients can access product specifications, materials, finishes, dimensions and other resources to support their projects. Samples can also be requested when available.
