Every LH Home piece is built to last. Our products are covered against manufacturing and material defects under normal residential or contract use.

Coverage

• LH Partner: standard warranty of 6 months from delivery.
• LH Member: extended warranty of 1 year from delivery.

What is covered

Structural defects, faulty mechanisms, and manufacturing flaws in materials or finishes.

What is not covered

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning products, prolonged exposure to sunlight or humidity, and modifications made after delivery.

Write to us with your order number, photos of the piece and a short description of the issue. See our Claims page for the full process.
