6-month limited manufacturer's warranty

LH Home Mexico offers a 6-month limited manufacturer's warranty on in-line products, starting from the invoice date.

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects.
• Critical timber movement resulting in irreparable cracking, splitting or twisting.
• Defects in upholstery frames and springs.

What is not covered

• Normal wear, softening, and natural variations in wood, finish and patina.
• Misuse or improper maintenance.
• Environmental damage.
• Glass breakage after delivery.
• Products sold as floor samples, Open Box, Scratch & Dent, Closeout or Final Sale items.
• Freight damage when products ship with the customer's own carrier.

How to make a warranty claim

Claims must be reported within 10 days of receiving the product. Send your invoice number, a description of the defect and the required photos to atencionclientes@lhhome.com. Full details and photo guidelines are on our Claims page.
